Nine Day Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 small red cabbage
    2 large onions
    2 large green peppers
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Shred the cabbage, onions and peppers.
    Bring following to a rolling boil and pour over shredded mixture:
    sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and celery seed.
    Chill; serve.
    Good stuff, even better after several days.
