Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. grated lemon zest
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 frozen pie shell
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together.
Beat eggs and add butter, milk and lemon juice.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour into frozen pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Reduce to 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until set.
