Roast Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 medium potatoes, scrubbed and wedged
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Melt butter and oil in baking pan in 425\u00b0 oven. Toss in potatoes;
add
seasonings.
Bake until tender and browned, 30 to 35 minutes.
