Skillet Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion
1 can tomatoes
1 can mushrooms
1 can water chestnuts (optional)
2 c. chopped zucchini
Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Use 2 skillets.
In one skillet, saute onions and zucchini until tender.
In second skillet, brown meat; drain.
Combine two skillets and mix well.
Add tomatoes, mushrooms and water chestnuts, if desired.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer to combine flavors.
Sprinkle cheeses on top and cover to melt cheese.
Serve with garlic bread.
