Christmas Morning Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices bread, cubed
    1/3 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 lb. pork sasage, browned and drained or 1 c. cooked ham, cut up
    1 medium onion, chopped and sauteed with pork
    4 large eggs
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Place bread, cheese and sausage/onion in 8-inch square casserole dish.
    In bowl, whisk eggs and milk together until well blended.
    Pour over ingredients in pan.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
    Next morning, uncover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Serve with toast.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings. Recipe can be doubled.
    Put into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
