Egg Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices buttered toast, broken in pieces
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Place toast pieces in buttered dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cheese.
    Chill 24 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
