Spinach Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan
    1/4 lb. spaghetti, cooked
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach; drain.
    Combine egg, sour cream, milk and first 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
    Add onion, salt, pepper, Monterey Jack, spinach and end with spaghetti.
    Mix well.
    Put in ungreased casserole.
    Top with last 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, covered, then the last 15 minutes, uncovered. Serves 3 to 4.
    Easy to double or triple.
    It is a wonderful side dish.
