Ingredients

4 egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. chocolate or butterscotch chips
2 c. nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Before starting, preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until creamy.
Gradually add sugar; beat until peaks.
Stir in chips, vanilla and nuts.
Place on a big cookie sheet, covered with foil or brown paper.
Turn oven off, put cookies in oven and leave for 4 or 5 hours.
