Ingredients

3/4 c. plain flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. white sugar
5 eggs
1 (13 oz.) can undiluted evaporated milk
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
1/4 c. plain cornmeal
1 pt. persimmon puree
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift together flour, cornmeal, cinnamon and soda.
Mix with persimmon puree, white and brown sugars, eggs, vanilla, evaporated milk and melted margarine.
