Chicken Breast Gourmet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 oz. chicken breast, boned and skinned
    3 oz. cooked ham, divided into fourths
    4 oz. sliced cheese (any kind)
    1 oz. butter, melted
    8 oz. tomatoes, halved
    8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    salt and pepper
    dab of butter
Preparation
    Season chicken and flatten slightly between cling free, using rolling pin.
    Place ham and cheese on each breast.
    Fold chicken over into sandwich.
    Secure with toothpick.
    Grease ovenproof dish with melted butter.
    Put in breast.
    Arrange tomatoes and mushrooms around chicken and add dab of butter.
    Place dish in center of oven.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    After 15 minutes, baste chicken.
