Hot Antipasto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 jars roasted peppers, drain and cut
    1 can pitted olives, drain and slice
    2 (16 oz.) cans potatoes, drain and cut in half
    1 1/2 c. olive oil
    Parmesan cheese
    2 cans artichoke hearts*
    2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
    2 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
Preparation
    *Bring water to a boil and drop hearts in; drain, cool and cut up.
