Company Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices day-old white sandwich bread
    4 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. chopped, cooked ham
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Remove bread crusts.
    Arrange
    4
    slices
    in
    bottom of large baking pan.
    Cover
    with
    cheese, ham and rest of bread. Mix rest of ingredients
    together
    and
    pour over layered mixture.
    Cover. Let stand
    1 hour or overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour
    until
    brown and puffy.
    Let stand 2 minutes.
    Cut in squares.
    Serves 10 or 12.
