Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 egg whites
    1 c. strong black coffee (boiling)
Preparation
    Place all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Add the milk, oil, vanilla and egg whites.
    Mix thoroughly with electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Turn mixer to low. Slowly add 1 cup of boiling, strong black coffee.
    Beat slowly until well blended.
    Batter will be thin.
    Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until firm.
