Liver (As We Like It) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 lb. liver (beef)
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1/2 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. green sweet pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour or 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Grind liver or
    put in blender.
    (Don't overload blender.) I put egg, onion, pepper
    and
    seasonings in, after liver.
    Add flour.
    Place by tablespoons in
    hot
    greased skillet.
    Serve with catsup or barbecue sauce, if desired.
