Quick Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg
Preparation
-
Mix the first 6 ingredients well.
Pour into greased and floured 9-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Thin crust will form on bottom.
