Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients together.
Add oil and stir well. Add 1 egg
at a time, beating well after each.
Stir in carrots. Use 3
(8-inch)
greased
and floured pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
