Ingredients

1 pkg. lime Jell-O
3/4 c. boiling water
1 pkg. Knox gelatine
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 medium onion
1 c. cottage cheese
1 medium cucumber (unpeeled), chopped
2 to 3 dashes of Tabasco sauce
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Dissolve gelatine in cold water. In blender, combine mayonnaise, onion, cottage cheese, cucumber, Tabasco sauce, garlic and almonds. Blend well, then add Jell-O and gelatine. Blend again. Pour into a mold and chill overnight.
