Vanilla Giffolds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. ground almonds
    2 sticks butter
    2 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. flour
    rind of 1 lemon, grated
    extra powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix together well.
    Bake while warm.
    Roll in extra powdered sugar.
    Shape dough into half moons.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
