Shrimp Tempura - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh shrimp
    1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Shell shrimp.
    Slit the back and open butterfly fashion. Devein and wash thoroughly.
    Dry. Set aside in a cool place.
