Curried Rice And Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. medium size fresh deveined shrimp
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. low sodium chicken broth
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
    3/4 c. uncooked instant rice
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat 1/2 teaspoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add shrimp and curry powder and stir-fry 3 minutes.
    Remove shrimp and set aside.
