Stuffed Mushrooms(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. diced pepperoni
    2 Tbsp. diced green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. finely crushed cracker crumbs
    4 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. snipped parsley
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms.
    Gently remove stems and finely chop.
    Drain caps.
    In a 1-quart bowl combine butter, chopped stems, pepperoni, green pepper and garlic.
    Cook on High 2 minutes.
    Stir in crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt, oregano and pepper; mix well.
    Mound mixture in mushroom caps.
    Place in micro-safe dish.
    Cover and cook on Medium for 4 minutes or until hot.
