Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 tsp. sugar
    water (to make stiff dough)
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour and sugar.
    Add water gradually until dough is stiff, but workable. Roll very thin on a floured board and fit into pan.
    Trim and flute edges.
    May wrap foil around edges to prevent edges browning too quickly.
    Bake until lightly brown, according to instructions with filling.
