Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. Jiffy baking mix
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (not drained)
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Combine all ingredients except nuts.
    Beat vigorously with spoon 1/2 minute; stir in nuts.
    Pour into prepared pan and bake 45 to 50 minutes.
