Corn Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn or use frozen corn
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 stick oleo or butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sour cream or yogurt
    1 small box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Butter a casserole dish.
    Heat corn.
    Add butter, eggs and sour cream.
    Mix in the Jiffy mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
