Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    6 medium tomatoes, chopped
    8 large green peppers
    3 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    3 c. kidney beans
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Saute onion and tomatoes; drain. Parboil peppers in salted water for 3 minutes; drain.
    Mix beef, tomato mixture and remaining ingredients in bowl.
    Spoon into green peppers.
    Arrange in baking pan.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
