Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    3/4 stick butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. Velveeta or mild Cheddar cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 head fresh broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    In small frying pan, melt butter.
    Add onion and broccoli and cook until tender.
    Add rice.
    Stir in soup and cheese.
    Pour into baking dish sprayed with Pam and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
