Peaches And Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    28 oz. can peach halves
    1/2 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    6 Tbsp. cornflakes
    1 Tbsp. Pennsylvania butter
    2 c. Pennsylvania vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Drain peaches, reserving 1/2 cup liquid. Arrange, cut side up, in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Add reserved liquid.
    Combine sugar and cinnamon.
    Sprinkle evenly over peaches.
    Top each peach half with 1 tablespoon cornflakes and a dot of butter.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Serve warm with ice cream.
