Vegetable Fettucini Carbonara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    8 slices bacon, crumbled
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 lb. fettucini
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. broccoli, sliced
    1 c. cauliflower, sliced
    1 c. carrots, sliced
    1 c. fresh peas
    1 c. zucchini, sliced
    1 c. red bell pepper, sliced
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs with cream and set aside.
    Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp; remove and save.
    Saute veggies and garlic in bacon fat until crisp and tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
    Cook 1 pound of fettucini; drain.
    Toss with butter.
    Add egg mixture and toss.
    Add vegetables, bacon and cheese.
    Season to taste and serve immediately.
