Shoe Peg Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 can small green peas, drained
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
Preparation
    Bring sugar, vinegar, water, oil and black pepper to a boil for the dressing.
    Set aside.
    Mix green pepper, celery, onion, corn, peas, green beans and pimentos together.
    Pour dressing over vegetable mixture.
    Stir once to mix.
    Cover; refrigerate overnight.
    Drain before serving.
