No Bake Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O (3 oz.)
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can Milnot, whipped
    1 lb. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick Parkay margarine
Preparation
    Dissolve the Jell-O in boiling water and cool.
    Cream the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
    Add cooled Jell-O to the cream cheese mixture. Fold in the Milnot.
    Melt the Parkay and pour over 1/2 cup sugar and graham cracker crumbs, reserving 1/2 cup mixture.
    Press firmly into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Add the filling and sprinkle with reserved graham cracker crumb mixture. Refrigerate and chill for several hours or overnight.
