Broccoli-Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli or equivalent fresh
1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, about drained
1 small onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Thaw and drain broccoli.
Saute onion in 1 tablespoon margarine.
Combine corns, broccoli, onion and mustard.
Place in greased casserole dish.
Combine cracker crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
