Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
1 Tbsp. finely minced onion
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate until firm. Shape into a ball. Can be rolled in additional pecans, if desired. Serve with graham crackers.
