Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. instant rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cans water
    6 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and bell pepper.
    Drain fat.
    Add rice, soups and water.
    Cook about 30 minutes on low heat.
    Put in casserole dish and add cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
