White Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts (bite size pieces)
2 medium large potatoes, cubed
1 medium onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans white beans
2 small cans chopped green chiles
1/4 tsp. oregano (approximately)
1/8 tsp. white pepper or to taste
salt to taste
Preparation

Spray medium-large pot with Pam.
Saute onion and garlic until soft.
Add chicken pieces; cook, but do not brown.
Season with oregano and salt.
Add green chiles, beans and potatoes.
Bring to heavy simmer.
Add white pepper.
When potatoes are soft, mash to desired consistency.
Makes 4 servings.
