Thyme-Lime Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    1 tsp. grated lime peel
    1/2 tsp. salt
    garlic powder to taste
    4 chicken breasts, split
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh thyme or 1 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 chicken thighs
Preparation
    In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter in olive oil and lime juice, thyme, lime peel, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Place chicken on a greased broiler pan.
    Brush with sauce.
    Broil, basting frequently.
    Have broiler pan 6 to 7 inches from the heat for 15 to 20 minutes on each side or until chicken juices seem clear.
    Serves 4 to 6.
