Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1 jar V-8 juice
    1 potato, chopped (raw)
    1 carrot, chopped
    beef soup base to taste
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Salt and pepper meat to taste.
    Place all ingredients in a soup pot or crock-pot.
    Flavor to taste. Cook until all raw vegetables are tender.
