Artichoke Nibbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of oregano
    1/2 lb. (2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Drain marinade from one jar of artichokes into a frying pan. (Discard marinade from second jar.)
    Chop artichokes in food processor and set aside.
    Saute onion and garlic in the frying pan until limp (about 5 minutes).
