Cheesy Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. mixed frozen vegetables
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 roll Ritz crackers
    1 small onion (to taste)
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Saute onion in 1/2 stick butter.
    Add 1 tablespoon of flour. Mix vegetables, cheese, sour cream and sauteed onion.
