Cheese-N-Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots
1/4 c. butter
1 medium onion
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. shredded cheese
2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Slice carrots.
Cook and drain.
Melt butter in skillet.
Add onions.
Saute.
Add flour, salt and mustard.
Stir well.
Add milk.
Stir until thick and smooth.
Layer carrots and cheese in 2-quart casserole.
Pour sauce over carrots.
Mix well.
Cover with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
