Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. small flour tortillas
    2 cans enchilada sauce
    1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
    olives (optional)
    1/2 onion
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and drain.
    Mix together with half jar enchilada sauce.
    Layer tortillas (3) in baking dish, meat mixture and pour jar of enchilada sauce over top of meat.
    Sprinkle grated cheese over top.
    Add another layer of 3 tortillas and pour 1/2 jar enchilada sauce over tortillas.
    Sprinkle rest of grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 20 minutes to 25 minutes.
