Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium fresh onions
    1/2 c. milk
    1 large bag potato chips
    3/4 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    In 9 x 13-inch buttered casserole, place alternate layers of thinly sliced onions, crushed potato chips and grated cheese. Pour mushroom soup and milk over the top of the onion mixture and it will cook through.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
