Cheese Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced cooked potatoes
1 small jar pimento
1 1/2 c. diced cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients in greased baking dish.
Blend the next 4 ingredients over low heat.
Pour the sauce over potato mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
