Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot water
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 1/3 to 4 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 2 tsp. lukewarm water
    1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
    Combine water, salt, shortening and sugar in bowl.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Add softened yeast.
    Add egg and half of flour.
    Beat well.
    Stir in more flour to handle easily.
    Grease top of dough. Cover and put in refrigerator.
    Will keep 3 days or immediately shape into rolls after mixing.
    Cover with a towel and let rise about 1 1/2 hours.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes on greased pan.
    Brush with butter after baking.
