Party Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1 box powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. flavoring (mint, peppermint, almond, etc.)
    1/2 tsp. food coloring
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    I usually separate dough of cream cheese into 3 large balls, then add flavoring and food coloring.
    That way, I have an assortment of mints from 1 batch. You may need to add more powdered sugar after flavoring and food coloring so dough will not be sticky.
    Shape into tiny balls. Roll in granulated sugar and press into molds.
    Let dry thoroughly overnight.
    Freezes well.
    Makes approximately 60 mints.
