Chocolate Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 rounded Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Beat sugar, oil and egg together.
    Add the remaining ingredients, alternating with 1 cup of boiling water.
    Last, add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Makes very thin batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    Makes 18 cupcakes.
    Ice as desired.
