Company Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. margarine
1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. bread crumbs
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Put thawed potatoes in an 11 x 17-inch pan with seasoning. Heat soup and 1/4 cup butter.
Stir in sour cream.
Pour over potatoes.
Put cheese and onion on top.
Top with bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons of butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
This freezes well.
Bake after removing from freezer, not before freezing.
