Deer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground venison
    5 lb. ground pork
    3 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. sage
    2 1/2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and shape into patties.
    Layer patties in wax paper before freezing.
