Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 grated zucchini
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick.
Stir in zucchini.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour in greased cake pan and bake for about 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
