Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 eggs, separated
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, butter, brown
    sugar
    and
    beaten
    egg yolks; gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thick and smooth. Add vanilla; pour into baked
    pie shell.
    Whip egg whites until stiff.
    Add 4 tablespoons sugar,
    spread
    over
    pie.
    Place
    in oven at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes until brown.
