Mile High Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
2 unbeaten egg whites
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pie shell

Preparation

Put large and small mixer bowls and beaters in refrigerator until very cold, overnight is good.
